Dragonfly (Anisoptera):

Dragonflies that have eyes that meet over a small to medium sized margin fall into three different families, Cruisers (Macromiidae), Emeralds (Corduliidae) and Skimmers (Libellulidae). Because these families are so similar it can be hard to distinguish which family a specimen belongs to. Members of the Cruiser Family (Macromiidae) are large with a single light stripe running down the center of their thorax

Does the specimen have a single yellow or white stripe down the center of a dark thorax ?
