Blue or Mosaic Darner (Aeshna):

The Majority of Darners are members of the Genus Aeshna. Members of Aeshna are commonly referred to as Blue or Mosaic Darners.

All Blue Darners have stripes on the side of their thorax and can be identified by the pattern of the stripes
